It will be Modi's first rally in the Charminar City since the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and creation of Telangana by the Congress-led central government.

The BJP has decided to charge Rs 5 from all those who are interested to participate in the rally. The funds raised will be donated for the rehabilitation of the flood victims in Uttarakhand, sources in the party said.

The rally targetting those aged between 18 and 40 years, to be held in the evening, will have the tagline "nayi soch, nayi umeed" (new thinking, new hope).

The BJP eyes to reach out to IT professionals and college students of 'Cyberabad'. The rally was originally planned on July 27 but was postponed in view of the rural elections in Andhra Pradesh.
