MP: Court to hear case against former minister Raghavji today
The victim had said that Raghavji had promised him a government job in state civil services if he allowed the illicit affair to continue without spilling the beans.
The former Finance minister had gone missing with his family ever since the police filed a FIR against him and was hiding in a Koh-e-fiza flat in Bhopal.
Four days after the incident police arrested Raghavji and remanded him to judicial custody till July 22.
He was forced to quit from his position as the finance minister following the sodomy allegations charged by the maid and after and obscene CD purportedly featuring him and sexually abusing the domestic help, later he was also expelled from the BJP's membership.
