India to witness severe weather conditions
Bangalore, July 27: Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms have occurred in a number of places in India in the past few days. While the streets of Mumbai are water-logged, and the citizens stuck to their homes, many places in Karnataka and other cities have witnessed heavy rainfalls in the past few days.
Currently, Delhi witnesses a temperature of 30 degree centigrade with fog formation. Mumbai, on the other hand is at 28 degrees and the weather is hazy. Kolkata received light rains in 26 degrees, Chennai was partly cloudy. Rainfall occurred in a number of cities like Ludhiana, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Pune and Jaipur.
Next few days
Weather conditions in the next few days would remain the same in most of the cities in the country. Rainfall and thundershower are likely to occur in several places like Coastal Karnataka and at many places over Interior Karnataka. Heavy to very heavy rain would occur at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and ghat areas of Interior Karnataka during next 48 hours.
