Bangalore, July 26: India celebrated the 14th anniversary of "Operation Vijay" which was launched during the Kargil War in 1999. Its a pride and pain moment for the all the soldiers as the nation celebrates the anniversay of the war, "Vijay Diwas" victory over Pakistan in the year 1999.

While the countrymen were busy in celebrating the Vijay Diwas, Indian politicians were busy over several controversies such as -- Amartya Sen, Narendra Modi, Raj Babbar, Digvijay Singh and many others.

Congress leader Raj Babbar expressed regret over his Rs 12 comment, saying that he was only referring to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. He had earlier claimed that it was easy to get a full meal for Rs 12 even in Mumbai. Babbar's latest statement surfaced following a massive protest and criticism against hm.
