New York, July 18: Even if it is for a minute, Chris Reynolds can take the credit of being the richest man in the world; forget about Bill Gates or Carlos Slim. All credits to PayPal, as it accidentally transferred $92 quadrillion to this entrepreneur's PayPal account.
"A month ago, I saw just $140 in my account. Last Saturday, I could not believe my eyes when I saw $92,233,720,368,547,800 in my account. Thought I won a bumper!", said Reynolds.
However, the man took it in good humour and posted the entire incident on Facebook. On being asked what he could have done with the money if it were his, he said,"No, i wouldn't have bought a Forbes car or a house. I am a responsible citizen and would have paid down the US' national debt. It has been bugging me off late.".
Realizing the glitch, PayPal rectified and apologized their customer of 10 years and offered to make a donation to a nonprofit organization of his choice."I'm enjoying a brief transit as an Internet meme," Reynolds says.
