Sex Scandal: How BJP's Raghavji locked himself before arrest
Bhopal, July 10: 80-year-old Raghavji had locked himself in a flat located at Rashi Prabha Apartment in Bhopal. Police arrested the former minister and BJP leader in connection with the sex scandal which rocked Madhya Pradesh government.
According to police sources, Raghavji along with his wife and his niece's son Vivek were inside the flat when the cops barged into it and dragged the veteran out of the flat to take him to police station.

produced
Raghvji
in
a
Bhopal
court
which
sent
him
to
judicial
custody
till
July
22.
The
BJP
leader
along
with
his
two
other
aides
were
accused
of
sexually
harassing
his
domestic
help
Rajkumar
Dangi.
A
sex-CD
also
has
been
submitted
as
evidence
against
the
three
accused.
Charges against the three accused were -- IPC sections 377 (voluntarily having carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal), 506 B (threatening) and 34 (act done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
Raghavji along with his family had gone missing soon after resignation as finance minister of the state. He was forced to resign from the cabinet when Dangi filed police complaint against him.
According to Raghavji, the man who has accused him of sexual exploitation worked part-time for him, occasionally massaged the minister's arms and legs, and had quit a month ago.
BJP recently suspended its senior leader Shiv Shankar Pateria from the primary membership of the party. Pateria invited wrath of the party leaders following his comment saying that he had a role in "exposing" the alleged immoral acts of Ragahvji.
