By PTI
Hyderabad, May 24: An alleged cricket bookie was nabbed from the international airport here by a Delhi Police team in the early hours today.

"One person identified as Yahya Mohammad has been picked up from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in connection with the cricket betting racket by the Delhi Police team in the wee hours," a senior police official told PTI.

Mohammad was picked up by police while he was trying to board a flight to Dubai, the official said.

At least 18 people -- three IPL players, four former players and 11 bookies and their assistants -- have been arrested in connection with the IPL spot-fixing scandal that has rocked the cricketing world.

Chandila, Sreesanth and Ankit Chavan are the three IPL players who were arrested.
