Karnataka SSLC: Visually impaired student scores above 94%

Bangalore, May 7: Pranav, a visually impaired student, secured 94.37 per cent of marks in this year's Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination.

The SSLC results were declared by Karnataka Secondary Education Board at 12.30 pm on Monday and the overall pass percentage stood at 77.47 per cent. The pass percentage has seen an increase of 1.34 per cent compared to last year's 76.13.

The results of SSLC, standard tenth examinations are available on www.kseeb.kar.nic.in and www.karresults.nic.in.

A total of 8.36 lakhs students appeared for the exams. Click here to check the results The highest mark scored in the examinations is 622 out of 625.

Chikkodi has secured first place in results with Mandya in second and Udupi district in third place.

Girls have again scored better with 82.30 pass percentage and boys pass percentage is 73.25.
