Aarushi murder: No outsiders involved, major blow to Talwars
According to the investigators 'the house has only one entrance and exit and no one could come in and commit the crime'.
AG Kaul, lead investigating officer stated, " No one from outside could have killed Aarushi or Hemaraj," he said.
This comes as a major blow to the Talwars. Recently, they have been cornered with investigating officers and witnesses stating that no one entered their flat at Jalvayu Vihar. Recently, in a statement by an official of the Gujarat Forensic Science University (GFSU) to the CBI court the official said that the crime was probably committed using a 'golf stick and a surgical knife'. He further said that 'no outsider except the Talwars were involved in the murder'.
14-year-old Aarushi was found dead at her Noida residence on May 16, 2008. A day later, their domestic help Hemraj's body was also found in the terrace of their house. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), in its closure report, said that Aarushi's parents were the one and only suspects in the double murder case. While her father succeeded to get bail, her mother remains in Dasna jail in Gurgaon. She was sent to jail on Apr 30, 2011.
