Governance should be given more emphasis than Govt: Modi
Governance and Government are two sides of the same coin. However, Modi asserted that governance needs to be given more emphasis. Clarifying his stand, he said providing a bus is government but making sure it runs on time and its staff behave properly is governance.

Modi said, "Private security business would not have flourished if govt would be providing adequate security."
