Sanjay Dutt Jailed: Bollywood family stands by 'Sanju Baba'

Mumbai, March 21: Bollywood fraternity has expressed shock and grief after Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the conviction of actor Sanjay Dutt under the Arms Act in 1993 Mumbai Serial Blasts case.

The apex court has pronounced five years jail term for the 53-year-old actor.

Earlier, a special Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) court had given six years jail term to Dutt under Arms Act. The 53-year-old actor has spent 18 months in jail and is out on bail. Since, he has already spent 18 months in jail, now he has to serve three and half-years in prison.
