The apex court has pronounced five years jail term for the 53-year-old actor.
Earlier, a special Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) court had given six years jail term to Dutt under Arms Act. The 53-year-old actor has spent 18 months in jail and is out on bail.
