London, Mar 2: Chelsea fans are not going to spare manager Rafa Benitez after that rant at the post match press conference and confirmation of his departure in May will only fuel more anger across Stamford Bridge.

Not such a easy time for a manager trying to help his team secure a cpot in next seasons Champions League. Being the current Champions, supporters expect their side to make it to the competition.

Chelsea vs West Brom Albion Preview

This season has turned into a total mess for the Blues despite having star names in the squad. The usual string puller Juan Mata looks exhausted alongwith Oscar while John Terry's future is uncertain. Fernando Torres continues to disappoint but Demba Ba is showing no signs of form. The striker has not scored in his last nine games in all competition.

Peter Odemwingie will try to fix his broken relationship with West Brom Albion after his career took a toss trying to force a move to QPR on deadline day.

The Nigerian has played only three minutes of football since that day and manager Steve Clarke will be forced to play the strker as Romelu Lukaku is not eligible to play against his parent club while Shane Long is a major doubt. Odemwingie scored the winner against Chelsea at the Hawthorns in November.

No doubt Chelsea will start favourites but West Brom failed to recreate their brilliance at the start of the season. The Baggies have won their last two games but have lost five away games in seven league games.

Frank Lampard is on course to score his 200th goal for the club and just three short of Bobby Tambling's club record. The 34-year old's future at Bridge in not clear but he is likely to stay if the club offer an extension.
