Former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, who will take over the reigns at Bayern next season, has made Suarez his No. 1 transfer target when the transfer market re-opens.
Suarez himself has not dismissed any links saying he would like to talk to the Germans of a offer comes up. Guardiola could use the influence of his football agent brother Pere, who persuade the Uruguyan star to become his first signing in Germany.
"If Bayern Munich makes an offer I would certainly be willing to listen and think about it," Suarez said.
"It doesn't mean I will definitely leave, it just means that I will not automatically reject other clubs," he said.
Liverpool are currently eighth in the league and are likely to miss Champions League football next season. Despite signing a new contract in August, the prospect of playing in the best club competition and for the German giants could tempt Suarez.
The 26-year old is currently enjoying his best season with Liverpool scoring 26 goals in 38 matches in all competitions and providing eight assists.
Bayern are eyeing a £40million bid for Suarez.
