QPR manager Redknapp wants three former players, Chelsea bid for Stoke keeper, Reading favourites to sign Ince, Tottenham desperate for a striker, Premier League clubs miss signing Willian, all the transfer news and rumours from the Barclays Premier League on Jan 31.

EPL: Top transfer news and rumours on January 30

• Chelsea are considering a late bid for Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic. The Bosnian has been linked with Manchester United lately.

• Fulham have submitted a £4million bid for Birmingham keeper Jack Butland and manager Martin Jol is ready to send the youngster back on loan for the rest of the season.

• David Beckham is set to join French cash-rich club Paris Saint-Germain.

• Tottenham have been given the permission to go ahead and bid £20million for Leandro Damiao. The Brazilian international was heavily linked with Spurs with a £15m move.

• Everton are planning to bid £9million for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo after a deal for Leroy Fer collapsed.

• Reading are favourites to sign Blackpool winger Tom Ince after Liverpool denied singing the 21-year old. Swansea may enter the race to sign the youngster but have to bid more than the Royals' £7million offer.

• Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp is targetting three former players from Spurs. Andros Townend is reportedly having a medical at Tottenham while Redknapp tries to sign Jermaine Jenas and David Bentley.

• Redknapp is also interested to sign Stoke City striker Peter Crouch as the Potters target Aston Villa striker Darren Bent.

• Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is prepared to sell left-back Benoit Assou-Ekotto to Inter Milan in a swap deal to bring former Porto defender Alvaro Pereira.
