The Bundesliga leaders are keen on strengthening their squad after confirming the summer arrival of Pep Guardiola. The Spaniard is reportedly interested in Suarez and Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao.
Despite being targetted for on and off the field incidents, Suarez has been instrumental in Liverpool's rise to seventh in the table. The Uruguayan has netted 20 goals in all competitions this season and has been pushing the Reds towards capturing a Champions League spot.
Suarez, 25, is also a target for top European clubs like Juventus and Manchester City and even Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard mentioned his side could lose Suarez in case the club fail to secure a place in the Champions League.
There were several rumours about Suarez leaving the Premier League after controversies on an off the pitch but the former Ajax star insisted he is happy at Liverpool.
Former Barca boss Guardiola, who was supposed to take charge in the Premier League with Chelsea and Manchester City lining up huge offers, will take charge of Bayern next season and is already looking ahead of the transfer window next summer.
According to reports in Spain, Guardiola is interested to sign any one of Falcao, Edinson Cavani and Edin Dzeko. Suarez joined Liverpool this month two years ago from Ajax for £22 million.
Suarez has 82 appearances for Liverpool scoring 41 goals while he has won 60 caps with Uruguay netting 30 times.
