EPL 2012-13: Premier League results report - Game Week 20

London, Dec 31: Chelsea maintain third spot, QPR struggle at the bottom of the table, Reading win second game of the season, Arsenal threash Newcastle, Spurs maintain fourth spot while Manchester United go seven-points clear at the top, all the Barclays Premier League results on Game Week 20.

Frank Lampard scored twice as Chelsea came back to win 2-1 against Everton at Goodison Park. The veteran midfielder first cancelled out Steven Pienaar's early goal and then got the winner 19 minutes from time.

Liverpool continued their fine form in the league with a comfortable 3-0 win over Queens Park Rangers. The Londoners are currently bottom of the table after this loss at home while Liverpool moved up the table in 9th place.

Aaron Lennon helped Tottenham maintain their top four spot after scoring the winner against Sunderland on Saturday. John O'Shea scored the opening goal before defender Carlos Cuellar put one in his own net to hand Spurs an equaliser.

Aston Villa continued their dreadfull run this Christmas break with another humiliating 3-0 loss to Wigan Athletic at home. Wigan's Ivan Ramis, Emerson Boyce and Arune Kone did all the damage as Paul Lambert's men are just one point clear off the drop zone.

Fulham have not won in four league games and their latest loss came against Swansea City. The Cottagers fell to a 2-1 loss at home and are currently in 14th place, just four points safe from relegation zone.

Manchester United continued their winning streak with a comfortable 2-0 win over West Brom Albion. The Red Devils are seven-points clear at the top of the table.

Manchester City survived a late comeback from Norwich City after a thrilling 4-3 finish at Carrow Road. Edin Dzeko registered a hat-trick while samir Nasri was sent-off before the first-half. Russel Martin tried to get the home side back with a quick brace but the defending champions held on to their lead.

Pavel Pogrebnyak's goal helped Reading clinch their second win this season beating West Ham United.

Cameron Jerome's late wonder strike helped Stoke City comeback to draw 3-3 against Southampton.

Arsenal thrashed Newcastle United 7-3 thanks to a hat-trick from Theo Walcott and a brace from Oliver Giroud. The Gunners are currently fifth, three points below North London rivals Tottenham but have a game in hand.
