Kolkata, Nov 14: Pinki Pramanik hurled allegations against Kolkata

saying that the cops have been forcing her to commit

. Pinki's allegations surfaced just hours after police slapped

charges on her on Monday, Nov 12.

The Asian Games gold medallist athlete also believes that the cops have hatched a conspiracy against her by filing charge-sheet.

Reacting against the charge-sheet, Pinki said, "Police have plotted a huge conspiracy against me. They are trying to force me into committing suicide."

Police on Monday filed charge-sheet citing the medical report which claims that Pinki is a male. However, differing with police version, medical experts on Wednesday stated that Pinki can not rape as the athlete has been suffering from Disorder of Sexual Development (DSD).

The medical experts also said that despite an XY chromosome combination, a DSD patient cannot be termed as male and the patient is incapable of performing a sexual act.

Pinki was arrested on Jun 24 following allegations of rape levelled against her by her live-in partner. The middle distance runner, who won one silver medal and five gold medals between 2005 and 2006, retired in 2007. According to reports, due to her 'excessive male hormones', Pinki was not allowed in a Madurai national meet.
