Protest in JK assembly
Srinagar, Oct 8: Three youths caused a major security breach in Jammu Kashmir assembly on Monday, Oct 8 when one of them jumped into the well of the House.

Two of the protesters screamed anti-government slogans and waved black flags demanding prompt government actions against unemployment in the state.

It seems that General Secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Rahul Gandhi and industrialist Ratan Tata have failed to assure the angry youths of the state who have been suffering from unemployment and financial difficulties.

The three protesters were dragged out of the assembly and were beaten up by the marshals. However, their protest raised more questions for Omar Abdullah government regarding jobs and future of youths residing in Jammu and Kashmir.

Keeping his promise, Rahul recently had organised a meeting where students of Kashmir University interacted with India's top most industrialists and corporates including Ratan Tata, Rajiv Bajaj, Deepak Parekh and Kumarmangalam Birla.

According to sources, Mr Tata met Abdullah and expressed his desire to expand Tata Group's activities in the valley. The duo reportedly had explored the possibility of cooperation in information technology, hospitality, agro-product and horticulture sector.

However, despite such meetings and talks, the state government and Congress leaders fail to win the hearts and beliefs of youths of the state.
