Copenhagen, Oct 2: Denmark Superliga champions Nordsjaelland host European Champions Chelsea in their debut home game in the UEFA Champions League.

The Danish champions fell to 2-0 loss in match day 1 against Group E leaders Shaktar Donetsk while the Blues gave away a two-goal advantage against Juventus.

Nordsjaelland was founded in 1991, only 21 years old, but have previously played in the four UEFA Cup competitions and once in the Europa League. Both teams do not carry fresh injury concerns while the match will take place at Parken in Copenhagen instead of their home ground Farum Park.

Roberto Di Matteo considers this tie as important after clinching only 1 point on match day 1 while the Blues boast a full-strength squad except for striker Daniel Sturridge who suffers a hamstring injury.

With no Champions League experience, the Danish side are likely to take a defensive approach.
