Mathura, Sept 16: There seems to be no end to frequent accidents happening in religious places of the country. At least 12 people on Sunday, Sept 16 were injured when a stampede broke out in Banke Bihari temple in Vrindavan in the district. The stampede broke out as a large number of devotees had thronged the temple.
The injured include a 92-year-old man and a woman home-guard, police said. The injured have been admitted to various hospitals.
