  • Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole could leave the club after being offered only one-year contract extension at Stamford Bridge. With the rise of 23-year old left-back Ryan Bertrand, who was recently rewarded with a new-five year deal, Cole's place in the team has been threatened. Moreover, the 31-year old left-back Cole will miss England's World Cup qualifiers against Moldova on Friday due to injury while Bertrand will fight for a place in Roy Hodgson's squad with Everton left-back Leighton Baines set to start.
  • Russian giants Zenit St Petersburg are hoping to land Manchester United winger Nani for £25 million before the Russian transfer window closes on Thursday.
  • United have completed the signing of 18-year-old striker Angelo Henriquez from Universidad de Chile.
