Indore, Aug 28: Five persons were arrested for allegedly running a cricket betting racket in Triveni colony here, police said today.

The accused were arrested while they were operating the racket from a car in the city last night.

Police seized Rs 17,000 cash, two laptops, five cellphones and some diaries from their possession.

The accused have been identified as - Annu, Sunny, Satyaram, Vishal and his colleague (not identified), police added.
