Gopal Kanda and Geetika Sharma
New Delhi, Aug 25: One twist after another in Geetika Sharma's suicide has case shocked all. In the latest development in the case, Delhi police found some old records in which Ankita Singh had admitted that she indeed had trespassed into Geetika's apartment and threatened her.

Ankita Singh, who had claimed that she married Kanda and both of them have a love child, was summoned in Panaji police station in Goa in 2009 when Geetika had filed a complaint against Ankita.

Delhi police found the Panaji police records in which Ankita had admitted that she had barged into Geetika's flat at Dona Paula locality in Panaji and took away a laptop and a mobile phone. She also had confessed that she had threatened Geetika to leave her job at the casino in Goa which was owned by Kanda.

Geetika, in her suicide note, had mentioned Ankita's name saying, "He (Kanda) has illegal relationship with a woman named Ankita and has a girl child also with her."

Delhi police conducted several raids to trace Ankita's whereabouts, but all efforts went in vain. Sources informed that she might be settled in Singapore.

Geetika was an air-hostess in the now defunct MDLR Airlines and later she was appointed in the casino. Ankita was a director of the casino. Recently, Bollywood starlet Nupur Mehta, who was ex-employee of MDLR airlines and the casino, mentioned about Ankita and Kanda's relationship.

Informing about their investigation, Delhi police stated, "We will question Ankita thoroughly as Geetika's family has levelled allegations against her."

Geetika was found dead in her apartment in Delhi on Aug 5. She accused Kanda and another MDLR employee Aruna Chaddha of forcing her to end her life. Both of the accused have been arrested.

If sources are to be believed then many more unheard and unspoken "truths" may come up in the suicide case if police question Ankita after taking her into their custody.
