Team Profile: Chelsea | Newcastle United

Roberto Di Matteo's have not lost in previous four home games but the Magpies defeated the European champions last time around in the corresponding fixture. Alan Pardew's men have a good record at the Bridge, remaining unbeaten in the last four visits.

Chelsea are likely to retain the same line-up except for a single change in defence. Defender David Luiz missed the win against Reading while Gary Cahill is in line to retain his place. Eden Hazard and Juan Mata are the two playmakers to drive Chelsea forward.

Out-of-favour striker and Liverpool target Daniel Sturridge will push for starts while 20 million recruit Oscar is set to make yet another appearance from the bench.

Toons strikers Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse are expected to start, however, Shola Ameobi and younger brother Sammy Ameobi remain secondary options.

Captain Fabio Coloccini is expected to start at centre-back while full-backs David Santon and Danny Simpson will be given the nod ahead of Ryan Taylor, who scored during the club's Europa League 1-1 draw.

Trivia: Eden Hazard has already five assists in two games for Chelsea. Newcastle's recent record at Stamford Bridge reads W2 D2 L0.

Probable Line-ups:

Chelsea (4-3-3): Cech-Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole-Lampard, Mikel, Oscar-Hazard, Torres, Mata.

Newcastle United: (4-4-2): Krul-Simpson, Coloccini, S Taylor, Santon-Ben Arfa, Tiote, Cabaye, Gutierrez-Ba, Cisse.
