Striker Romelu Lukaku has the desire to leave Chelsea on loan if he fails to secure regular first-team football. But with Fernando Torres as the lead man and the recent signing of Eden Hazard and Marko Marin, the Belgian youngster is likely to opt for a loan move. Fulham are favourites to land the 19-year-old.

Chelsea are also falling short to land £38m-rated Porto star Hulk. The European champions face competition from London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Marseille right-back Cesar Azpilicueta could be on his way to London as Roberto Di Matteo has made the 22-year old Spanish international his top target. Currently in London for the Olympic games, the £7m-rated defender could be a direct replacement for Jose Bosingwa.

Shakhtar Donetsk had rejected a £27m bid for Brazilian attacking midfielder Willian. The 23-year-old was 'really upset' with the Ukrainian club for not letting him leave. But the 23-year-old is still hopeful of a deal with the European Champions.

Flourent Malouda is the latest player set to leave from Stamford Bridge.
