Abu Jundal
New Delhi, Jun 29: With famed Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist and 26/11 handler Abu Jundal being questioned on his role in the Mumbai terror attacks and the part played by ISI in perpetrating terror on Indian soil, more stunning facts are emerging. There were earlier reports that it was Jundal's Facebook account that actually nailed him and gave investigative agencies details on his real identity.

Jundal who has close to 10 aliases and has an active presence on Facebook reportedly used the social networking site to recruit youngsters into jihad. He apparently has close to 9 Facebook and e-mail accounts to clandestinely carry out his terror operations. The LeT had plans to organise a massive terror attack by the end of the year and was recruiting youngsters for this purpose from Indian and Saudi Arabia. The plans were delayed since Lashkar commander Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi was jailed and was hindering the plans.

Jundal had opened a Facebook account under his real name Zabihuddin Ansari and his online activities prompted investigative agencies to further snoop him.

According to sources, the intelligence agencies are scanning his Facebook and other online presence and are also looking into his friends list.
