Bangalore, Jun 22: Three-year-old Mohammad Faisal Noorulla met with a tragic death on Thursday, Jun 21 when the driver of his school bus left him abandoned after hitting him (Faisal) on head.

The driver was trying to reverse the vehicle but hit the child when Faisal just got off the bus. Realising the terrific condition, the driver put wounded Faisal into the bus and drove the bus away.

After few minutes, the driver locked Faisal along with three other students and fled from the place. The helpless kids cried for help which caught the attention of a passer-by Uma.

Describing the condition, Uma said, "I saw the children crying for help. When I went inside the bus, the driver wasn't there. There was blood all around. I called people from the neighbouring areas for help."

Faisal was rushed to the nearby hospital. Unfortunately, he died of severe head injuries as he had already lost a lot of blood at the time when he was admitted in the hospital.

Bangalore police first lodged a case of causing death due to negligence but later they considered to register a culpable homicide case too. The driver, who was absconding since the accident, has been arrested on Friday.
