Jaganmohan Reddy to be Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh?

Hyderabad, Jun 15: Citing the popularity of Jaganmohan Reddy, his sister Sharmila on Friday, Jun 15 claimed that his brother soon will become the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Sharmila's statement came when the entire family including Jagan's mother, wife and brother-in-law went to meet him in Chanchalguda jail to celebrate the victory in the by-poll.

While declaring her decision that she will not take part in active politics, Sharmila stated, "Jagan will be CM latest by 2014. I will not come into active politics."

Meanwhile, Jagan's mother YS Vijayamma, who played a major role during election campaign, informed, "I will take care of party affairs till Jagan comes out. I am confident he will be out soon."

Jagan's YSR Congress won 15 out of 18 seats and has not even spared the Congress its Nellore Lok Sabha seat.

Jagan was arrested and was sent for judicial custody over some corruption charges. He was in the prison at the time of the by-poll elections.
