Missing Russian Sukhoi plane's wreckage found
At least 48 people are feared dead in the accident, said report.
The Russian plane, which was flying over mountains during a demonstration flight in Western Indonesia lost contact with the air traffic controllers, said officials.
Rescue teams have left for the spot, said Bambang Ervan, spokesperson, Ministry of Transportation.
According to Major Ali Umri, Atang Sanjaya Airbase spokesman, the airplane was recovered at 09:15 am (WIT).
"However, I have not received reports on the details of the plane’s condition," he said.
Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 went missing on Wednesday near Mt. Salak in West Java. The passengers onboard included several Russian Embassy diplomats, journalists and representatives from airline companies.
