It would probably be 100 or 115 million dollars.” The real estate firm came to the figure taking into consideration the comparable sales in the Washington area. The soaring White House has six levels and 132 rooms, 35 baths, 28 fireplaces and three elevators. Among the star amenities include a basketball court, tennis court, movie theater, bowling alley, swimming pool and jogging track.

Koitz also stated that the White House could sell for as much as a billion dollars, in lieu of the historical value of the property. He added that the process “to see what it could potentially fetch, would be astounding.”
