Aarushi murder: Nupur Talwar says no to food, fasts in jail
Mrs Talwar may get bail on Wednesday, May 2 as the court will hear the case. She would be released from jail at around 2 PM if the court grants her bail.
According to sources, Mrs Talwar may move the Allahabad High Court if the session court on Wednesday rejects her bail. The high court hears the bail plea only ten days after it is filed and hence Mrs Talwar might have to stay in the Dasna jail for the next eleven days.
Following the Supreme Court order, Mrs Talwar surrendered herself before the special CBI court on Monday and sought bail which, however, was rejected. Later the Talwars moved the session court where the hearing over her bail plea has been reserved.
Mrs Talwar has been accused of killing her only daughter Aarushi. 14-year-old Aarushi was brutally murdered in their Noida residence in 2008. Initially, the needle of suspicion was pointed towards Hemraj, Talwar's servant. But soon Aarushi's parents came under the scanner when Hemraj's body was found on the terrace of the Talwar's residence on the next day.
