The Session court reserved its verdict for Tuesday as the judge on Monday said that he will deliver the verdict on Nupur's bail plea on Tuesday, till then Mrs Talwar will be in the jail.
After listening the decision of the session court, Mrs Talwar broke down at the court where she was expecting to get bail which was earlier rejected by a special CBI court.
Dasna jail officials informed that Mrs Talwar would be given full security, though she has been lodged in barrack no 13, reserved for women prisoners. Her husband Rajesh Talwar was also lodged in the same jail but in a different barrack in 2008.
The investigative agency CBI had claimed that Nupur may try to destroy evidences against her if she is freed. According to sources, Mrs Talwar was reciting lines from the Hanuman Chalisa in the court room.
Describing the crime as "heinous", the CBI court rejected Talwar's application which tried to establish the fact that being a woman, Nupur should be entitled to leniency.
Their lawyer also said that Mrs Talwar should be given bail as another co-accused of the same murder case - Rajesh Talwar got bail from the court.
Mrs Talwar has been accused of killing her 14-year-old daughter. Aarushi was brutally killed inside her Noida residence on May, 2008. Initially the needle of suspicion was pointed towards Hemraj, Talwar's servant. But soon Aarushi's parents came under the scanner when Hemraj's body was found on the terrace of the Talwar's residence on the next day.
