The mobile app also provides photographs, videos and other information including the day to day activities of the party.
The move is being looked upon as a way to score over Chandrababu Naidu, keeping in mind the Lok Sabha and 18 legislative assembly constituencies that is scheduled to take place by July.
"This application will help us reach the growing number of mobile users across Andhra Pradesh, especially youth, students and smart phone users, so as to let them know the latest about the party. It will also reach NRIs from Andhra Pradesh who are eager to know about the YSRCP," said Jaganmohan Reddy.
The Android based app was launched at the party office in Hyderabad on Thursday.
The application has been designed by Suresh Bomma, the party's Information Technology wing member, also CEO of Indsys Systems.
Apart from Jaganmohan Reddy, chief minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi also has an app called iModi named after him. The app gives an insight into the BJP party's work in the state and also is a platform for common people to connect with the Modi government.
