Lokpal Bill: Anna Hazare to fast at Jantar Mantar today
The 74-year-old Gandhian resumes his campaign to protest against the death of Madhya Pradesh IPS officer Narendra Kumar, who was killed by suspected mining mafia in Madhya Pradesh. While Narendra Kumar's kins are likely to participate the fast in New Delhi.
Due to the poor health, Anna called off his three-day fast in Mumbai last year.

We are focusing on the youth and street plays and interactive sessions are being conducted in Delhi University and the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)," said an official of Team Anna.
More than 1,000 police personnel will be deployed at Jantar Mantar for his protest, a senior police officer claimed.
"The organisers have confirmed the presence of the father of IPS officer Narendra Kumar who was killed in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh while intercepting a tractor-trolley carrying illegally-mined stones," said Seju Kuruvilla, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police.
"We have told them that the crowd should not be more than 1,000 people. Around 10 metal detectors will be placed at three entry points with 1,000 police personnel to avoid any untoward incident," he added.
