Kiran Kumar Reddy
Hyderabad, Mar 21: Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Kiran Kumar Reddy on Wednesday took the responsibilty for Congress' loss in the by-poll elections in the state, saying "every defeat is a lesson" to learn.

"Everyone is responsible, including me. Every defeat is a lesson and we will learn new lessons from this defeat," he said.

Congress failed to grab any single seat in the state, said the chief minister. He however, refuted the claim that there was no coordination between him and the state Congress chief Botsa Satyanarayana.

"Rank and file of the party need not lose heart over the results. We will review the results and rectify the lapses," he said.

Talking about the result in Mahbubnagar, where the party thought it would win, he said a "small mistake" while selecting the candidate.

"We will review all such things," he said.
