UP Polls: Samajwadi Party's celebration kills minor boy

Lucknow, Mar 6: With the victory of Samajwadi party in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, a 12-year-old boy was killed on Tuesday, Mar 6, when the supporters of Samajwadi Party candidate Iqbal Mahmood were reportedly firing shots in the air to celebrate their victory, a bullet hit the young boy.

Samajwadi Party candidate Iqbal Mahmood won the elections in the Sambhal constituency of the Bhim Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh.

Police have not arrested anyone so far. Meanwhile, First Information Report (FIR) will be filed after the submission of a written complaint.
