Lucknow, Mar 6: Samajwadi party key leader Akhilash Yadav, whose party is heading towards to form the next government in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, Mar 6 said that the very expensive statues of BSP chief Mayawati and her party’s election symbol –the elephants will not be removed or broken.

Recating to BSP results in Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav son Akhilash Yadav said that due to lack of performance they have lost their power in the state. [Read more on UP Assembly Election 2012]

Meanwhile, the SP, which has been confident of forming a government in the state, leading in 200 seats but is still short of magic figure to form the government in the 403-member House. The party needs a figure of 224 seats in the House to form the government
