New Delhi, Mar 6: Seems like anti-incumbency undercurrent likely to change the course of Indian politics across the five states in the latest polls. As the vote counting began on Tuesday across the states, BJP held the leading position against Congress in four states except Manipur.

Though there is no clear majority yet, the early trends hints at possibility of BJP retaining Uttarakhand with KC Kanduri's clean image as politician. Also, BJP was very focused in working out all the equations rightly to keep Uttarakhand intact with party.

Uttar Pradesh, Goa early trends might surprise BJP's arch-rival Congress. BJP pose less chance to secure the majority in UP, however, likely to finish in a better place than Congress.

Meanwhile, Congress seemingly loosing Goa to BJP, perhaps, this would have become a haunting nightmare for Congress in broad daylight. Remember, Congress is running the government in Goa and this time anti-incumbency is in the air.
