Maneka Gandhi
Badaun, Feb 17: BJP leader Maneka Gandhi on Friday asked for the resignation of Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid and Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma.

While explaining her statement to reporters, Maneka said "The Congress has made mockery of the Election Commission. Both Salman and Beni neither knows law nor religion. Why they are talking of giving only 18 per cent reservation to Muslims. Why they don't provide 100 per cent reservation to them." Adding that she claimed that Congress don't have respect for any institution.

Accusing Salman Khurshid, Maneka said that he could lie to any extent for his wife's victory in the elections. She commented that Congress President Sonia Gandhi's had surely not cried on the Batla House encounter images as she would have failed to understand the matter.
