The panel comprising of four legislators from the ruling party BJP, two from Congress and one from the Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) and they have been asked to submit their report by Mar 12.
Last week during assembly session, three ministers - CC Patil, Lakshmana Savadi and Krishna Palemar were caught on camera watching a sleazy video clip in mobile phone. They had resigned on Wednesday, Feb 8 following the row.
The incident caused a ruckus in the assembly calling for the immediate sacking of the ministers. While, the opposition has demanded for the expulsion of the MLAs from the House.
