In what has evidently become the country's biggest scams, the Supreme Court earlier pronounced its verdict that gave a maximum of 4 months for authorities to take action against a government minister or servant failing which the case against the official can be carried forth.
According to Swamy, "it is victory of constitution and the fight to root out corruption would be much easier now."
