Bangalore: After woman cop slap row, lady conducter slapped
The woman BMTC conductor, Shailaja was allegedly slapped by the police officer on duty as the bus halted near the Jaimuni Rao Circle in Agrahara Dasarahalli. The bus running between Govindarajanagar and Majestic, stopped in front of him, making it difficult for him to move as passengers moved in and out of the bus. An irritated 42-year-old Sub-Inspector, G Sanjeev Murthy started hurling abuses at the lady and when she objected to the language being used against her, he slapped her in a fit of rage that left her in tears. [Update: Bangalore: After woman cop slap row, lady conducter slapped].
The outraged public pulled him into the bus and took him to the Kamakshipalya police station, where he was arrested by the police. He was later granted bail, said the Kamakshipalya police.
