Mumbai, Jan 19: National Anti Doping Agency (NADA) came up with a shocking report which shows that Mumbai school children are more keen in taking drugs than seniors.

The report was based on the results of dope test which was conducted on the children who participate in wrestling during National School Games.

NADA collected almost 30 samples of wrestlers during the National School Games and 10 percent among them have been proved as positive.

However, the agency also collected 31 and 20 samples of children who had participated in boxing and weightlifting respectively. The results of these 51 samples are yet to come out.

Meanwhile, Rahul Bhatnagar, NADA Director General said, "The percentage of the samples that have tested positive is much more than what we find at the senior level, where it is generally about three to four per cent of the overall samples. It has come as a big shock to all of us."

Names of all convicted kids and their respective schools have been withdrawn. Bhatnagar, who is also a joint secretary in the sports ministry, bashed the coaches of the kids, saying, "This shows that the schools aren’t serious when it comes to tackling this issue. Even the coaches have to be pulled up for this."
