He accused the septuagenarian of deviating from the path that he took-to fight for the cause of corruption and make India a corruption free nation.
"Anna ji should not accuse the Government of fooling him. Anna ji must count the number of times he has fooled the Nation on so many issues," read his tweet on micro-blogging site, Twitter.
Anna Hazare has been accusing the government of betraying his team and said that he would continue his fight against corruption.
Anna Hazare who was supposed to leave for New Delhi on Monday, Dec 19 and was on a tour down South, has left Chennai. Anna will now travel to Pune instead.
Meanwhile, the Gandhian and his team have been threatened to be injected by HIV positive needles if they keep insisting for a Lokpal Bill.
In an anonymous letter received by the Delhi Police, the letter read that "a needle team, which has prepared 500 HIV positive needles, would inject the virus in atleast 1,000 people at the demonstration".
Further investigations into the matter are being conducted by the police and an FIR has also been lodged in the case under Sections 505, 506 and 507.
Anna Hazare, who became of beacon of hope for many in the country, has been demanding for a strong Lokpal Bill to root out corruption.
