Militants set ablaze nine NATO oil tankers in Balochistan
The vehicles were going to the southern port city of Karachi following Pakistan’s decision to close NATO supply routes to protest a cross-border NATO air strike that killed 24 Pakistani soldiers. Law enforcement and fire brigade personnel reached the site and put out the fire.
NATO supply vehicles have begun returning to Karachi from border crossings in Balochistan after Chief Minister Aslam Raisani decided they should not remain in the province.
