Ahmedabad, Dec 10: Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi, who recently has impressed the Chinese during his short visit to the country, may soon will scatter his magic in Pakistan too. Modi has been invited by a business delegation from Pakistan to visit Karachi.

The delegation of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) came to Ahmedabad on Saturday, Dec 10 to attend an exhibition called, Asia Colour Chemicals Mega Exhibition.

The delegation also urged the Gujarat CM to attend and address a special session for the corporate heads of Pakistan's industries and business on the 'Gujarat model' of development. The special session would be conducted by KCCI through video conference.

Here it can be recalled that Modi recently managed to free 13 diamond traders from Surat, Gujarat who were jailed in China. The Chinese court ordered the deportation of the traders in a landmark order. In what was considered a closed case, Modi managed to pull off the impossible. Gujarat’s Resident Commissioner in New Delhi gave full credit to Modi calling it a result of his “diplomatic efforts and statesmanship shown during his China visit".
