Jaipur, Dec 7: It seems that justice has been denied in the sexual harassment case in an army school in Rajasthan where the victim has been sacked from her job and the culprit is freed to roam enjoying his freedom.

No strict and stern action have yet been taken against the main accused in the sexual harassment case, the principal of the Jaipur Army Public School, Rajiv Kumar Singh. Though the complainant - a former teacher of the same school, Mangla Bhatt has been given the pink slip.

According to sources, the accused, who got bail and was out of police custody, earlier had faced two enquiry investigations and received clean chit from the army authorities.

Meanwhile, reiterating her complaint against the principal, Ms Bhatt claimed, "He would come into the art room and tap me from the tap and say, "come out, I want to talk to you. You are looking very sweet. Come out with me. I'll make you permanent."

Three teachers also have been sacked and four persons have been restricted entry to the school premises for supporting the victim and demanding action against the principal.
