The rally was flagged off by Team Anna member Kiran Bedi from Rajghat. The rally is scheduled to end at Tughlakabad Maidan, South Delhi.
"It was a open call for the public to participate in the rally. We have had an overwhelming response. About 400 car and bikes are participating in the rally," said Aswathi Muralidharan , India Against Corruption (IAC) media coordinator.
He further said that people participated in the rally to express their dissappointment with the government's version of Lokpal Bill.
"I have borrowed my brother's car to take part in this rally. By participating in these kind of protests, we can express support for Anna Hazare. Despite all differences, I support Annaji and want him to continue his campaign against corruption," said Sandeep Saxena, IAC volunteer.
Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare will sit on a day long fast at Jantar Mantar on Dec 11 against government's version of Lokpal bill.
The septuagenarian also warned of major agitation at Ramlila grounds if the government failed to implement changes in the proposed Lokpal bill from Dec 27 to Jan 5.
