MMS: Woman raped, filmed, blackmailed by bank manager
A local court had directed the police to register a case against the accused.
The petition of Sunita Sharama, former president, Hapur unit of morcha was heard by the court, who alleged that she was drugged, raped, filmed and blackmailed by Pawan Jain, manager, Bank of India after she approached him for a loan of Rs 5 lakh in 2000.
The victim on May 30, 2001 was called by the accused at his place for some work related to the loan for a school building where he drugged, raped and filmed the whole act. He also threatened to distribute the clip if she approached the police and was blackmailed for many years.
He then forced to make him the president of school and also extorted Rs 8 lakh from her. Jain, his wife and son demanded Rs 15 lakh from the victim when they were dismissed from the school board on June 25, 2011.
A case was filed against Jain, his son, wife and daughter-in-law.
