Sex CD, video in hand,CBI yet to track missing Bhanwari Devi
The investigative agency on Monday, Nov 21 , after failing to find out the whereabouts of Bhanwari Devi, decided to seek help from local police once again.
The missing nurse case brought stern criticism for the CBI as, despite of getting crucial evidences against the main accused - former Congress Minister - Mahipal Maderna and Congress MLA - Malkhan Singh, they (CBI officials) are still clueless about their further proceedings in the case.
Earlier after seizing a sex CD, video and phone call list of Maderna, CBI sources demanded to have cracked down shocking and leading evidences against the accused. The agency soon will interrogate Maderna who has been discharged from AIIMS.
Maderna might encounter a tough time during CBI investigation as sources informed that the investigative agency would attack Maderna mostly with information received from his phone call-list. It is being expected that inquiry of Maderna may lead the CBI to the end of their investigating solving Bhanwari's mysterious murder case.
Earlier, CBI claimed that the sacked Congress Minister had sex not only with Bhanwari Devi but also 9 other women and the 48-minute CD, which was telecasted in a local TV channel in Rajasthan, was purportedly made with collage of different CDs of durations of 6-10 minutes.
In another shocking revelation, CBI pointed finger at another Congress MLA and one among the main accused in the case - Malkhan Singh who was also allegedly seen in a compromising position along with Maderna and Bhanwari.
Bhanwari Devi has been missing since three months and according to sources, she was kidnapped and murdered as she was blackmailing Maderna threatening the former minister of exposing the sex CD. However, the dead body of Bhanwari Devi has not yet been found.
